Application tips
Shake before pouring. A litre bottle sits for weeks between uses and the cream can settle.
Pour what you need into a bowl rather than dipping the brush into the bottle, since colour on the rim contaminates the rest. Standard bleach ratio is one to two by weight; permanent tints usually run closer to one to one and a half. Cap tightly and store it upright, dark and cool.
Results
At 9 per cent the developer does the heavy work in a lightening service, opening the cuticle far enough for the bleach to take the base up several levels. On a permanent tint it fully develops the shade and covers grey to the tube's rating.
The texture is thick, so a mixed bowl stays put on the head and does not creep down the parting while you finish the back.
