One Love is a cleansing conditioner, which means the 16oz bottle covers the wash days where a full shampoo would be more than your hair needs. It clears surface dirt and light product without taking your natural oils with it.
Slip is where it stands out. Detangling tight coils in the shower is far less of an ordeal with this on, and unlike a lot of co-washes it rinses out cleanly rather than leaving a waxy layer behind. Hair comes out light and bouncy instead of coated, which matters if you have tried co-washing before and given up because everything went limp.
