The wash itself is uncomplicated. It cleans the scalp, keeps the lengths soft and manageable, and conditions enough that combing afterwards does not cost you strands. Lavender and mint carry the scent, and the mint leaves a mild coolness behind.

Application tips
Dilute it if your hair is fine. Half shampoo, half water in an applicator bottle spreads more evenly and stops you getting through the bottle in a month.
Apply along the partings, massage the scalp for a minute, then rinse for longer than feels necessary. Residue left behind is the usual reason hair looks dull after a wash rather than brighter.
Results
Buildup goes and the roots stop looking greasy by day two. Hair keeps enough moisture to comb through afterwards without a fight.
A brief cooling sensation runs across the scalp while you rinse. The finish is clean rather than squeaky, and a curl pattern that had gone limp under product usually comes back the same day.
