Application tips
160C is the ceiling and it is worth respecting. The blend has synthetic in it and there is no recovering fibre you have cooked. Low to medium on the dial, one pass, then leave it alone.
If you are having it cut, take it to a stylist on a block head rather than wearing it in the chair. Wash cool, condition the lengths, dry it on a stand with the parting facing up.
Results
Cutting is what turns it from a wig into your wig. Twenty minutes with good shears puts in a fringe, takes the length back, or breaks up the ends so it suits your face instead of the mannequin's.
The blend has real movement and the sort of shine that does not read as plastic, and the lace sits flat enough to pass for a parting in your own hair. Heat is limited compared with a full human hair piece, but a soft wave is well within it.
