Application tips
Fit the combs into your own hair at the temples first, then bring the elastic in until the cap feels held rather than gripped. Straighteners and wands can go on it up to 200C and no higher, and one pass is usually enough.
Wash in cool water with the fibre hanging downward, then leave it on a stand to dry. Never take a brush to it while it is wet, which is what turns a good synthetic into a frizzy one.
Results
Fitted properly it stops being something you are aware of. Weight spreads across the whole cap rather than pulling at one point, and it stays put through a commute without a hand going up to check.
