Application tips
This one takes being worn up, which most wigs do not. Fit it low and snug at the nape, then gather it as you would your own hair, keeping the tension off the front lace.
Wash it every ten to fifteen wears, condition the lengths, comb wet from the ends, dry on a stand. Perms and colour are both possible on virgin hair, though both are salon jobs.
Results
The hairline holds up under scrutiny, so pulling it into a bun or gathering it back off the face is on the table rather than off limits. Looking down at the crown, it reads as scalp.
There is no ceiling on what you can do to it. Unprocessed hair takes heat, chemicals and cutting and then recovers, so it stays in good nick long past when fibre would have been binned.
