Application tips
Plait the length down rather than piling it up, then coil the plaits flat and pin them before the cap goes anywhere near your head.
Stretch the opening with both hands, drop it over the crown, and work it down evenly instead of tugging from one side. On very long hair, split the bulk into two low coils behind the ears so the back stays flat.
Results
