Application tips
Patch test 48 hours ahead, every time, even if you have used the shade before. Work on dry, unwashed hair.
Part it into four quarters, then apply the gel from the roots outward with gloves on, taking narrow sections so the grey at the temples and parting gets properly covered. Leave it the time stated on the pack, rinse until the water runs clear, then condition. Wipe the hairline before you rinse.
Results
Grey goes dark. The shade settles as a deep black with a brown cast in daylight, which is softer on the face than a flat blue black and reads more like hair that grew that way.
