Application tips
Resistant grey around the temples is the usual problem and the fix is placement. Start there, because that hair takes longest, and finish at the nape where colour grabs fastest.
Mix the tube with developer to the ratio your shade calls for, apply in slices about a centimetre thick, and comb the mix through each section once it is on so nothing is left dry. Full development time, then rinse.
