Bleached hair almost never comes out white. It comes out somewhere between straw and butter, and that yellow is what Virgin Snow is for.
It is a toner in the same semi-permanent cream base as the rest of the Manic Panic range, so it deposits a cool tone rather than lifting anything further. Used on pre-lightened hair it cancels out the warmth and leaves either a clean platinum or a base pale enough to take a fantasy shade properly.

Application tips
Watch it rather than timing it. This one works fast on porous blonde and ten minutes is often enough to take the yellow out.
Apply to damp, towel-dried hair so it spreads thinly and evenly, then check a section every few minutes under good light. Rinse as soon as the warmth has gone. Left too long it can leave a lavender cast at the ends.
Results
Yellow drops out and what is left reads cooler and cleaner, closer to white than to blonde.
It is a toner rather than a colour, so nothing changes on hair that has not been lifted. The base conditions while it works, which matters on bleached hair. Used as a step before a bright shade, it gives you a truer starting point and a more accurate final result.
