The wig grip goes round your head under the wig and holds it in place by friction alone, which is the whole appeal if adhesives have not agreed with your skin or your hairline.
It is made from a durable elastic fabric with silicone worked into the inner surface. The silicone is what grips: it catches on the inside of the wig cap and stops it travelling backwards over the course of a day. Adjustable, so you can set the tension where it holds without pressing.
