The wig grip goes round your head under the wig and holds it in place by friction alone, which is the whole appeal if adhesives have not agreed with your skin or your hairline.
It is made from a durable elastic fabric with silicone worked into the inner surface. The silicone is what grips: it catches on the inside of the wig cap and stops it travelling backwards over the course of a day. Adjustable, so you can set the tension where it holds without pressing.

Application tips
Position it just behind the front hairline, silicone side against the head, and take it round above the ears to sit low at the nape. Fasten it so it holds when you nod, and no tighter than that.
The wig goes on over the top, with the cap edge landing on the band rather than above or below it. First time out, walk around for ten minutes before you commit to the tension you have chosen.
Results
The unit stops moving. Turning your head quickly, leaning over a desk, pulling a jumper off, none of it shifts the front the way it does with nothing underneath.
