Application tips
Gloves on, colour through the roots and lengths, then the cap goes on before you start tidying up around the sink. Gather the ends up inside rather than letting them hang against the neck.
Watch the clock from the moment the cap is sealed, not from when you started mixing. When you rinse, lift it off and let the shower do the first pass before you touch anything with your hands.
Results
Colour comes up evenly, because the whole head sits at one temperature instead of the roots running ahead of the ends in a cold bathroom.
