9.13 splits the difference between the two blondes people usually argue about. The ash half cancels yellow and orange. The gold half puts a small amount of warmth back, so the result does not read as flat or grey. What lands is a very light blonde with movement in it rather than one uniform tone.
It is a level 9, which is the practical ceiling for most people doing this themselves. Above that the base has to be very light already, and below it the ash and the gold stop reading as two separate tones.
Permanent, with 100% grey coverage root to tip, and a high shine elixir in the kit to bring gloss into the deposit rather than layer it on after. Colour is rated to hold for up to 8 weeks, one application per box.

Application tips
Start on the roots for a full head, or the roots alone if the lengths are already where you want them. Allergy alert test first, on the leaflet's timings.
Colour goes on dry hair, unwashed for a day or so. Comb through before the time is up. Rinse it out fully, condition, then give the hair a day before heat styling.
Results
Ash and gold together give a blonde that is neither icy nor brassy, landing somewhere warm but controlled.
Grey is covered right through rather than lifting to a lighter shade of itself. The finish is high shine with several tones visible in it, so hair looks dimensional instead of painted a single flat colour.
