Application tips
After shampoo, on hair squeezed out to damp. A mask on soaking hair is diluted before it starts.
Spread it from the ears down and comb through so the ends get their share, then clip it up and leave it for three to five minutes. A warm towel over the top does no harm. Rinse in cool water, which closes the cuticle and holds more of the tone in. Once or twice a week.
Results
Colour keeps its depth for longer instead of going flat by the fourth week. The difference shows most on reds and coppers, which fade fastest of anything.
Hair comes out soft and looking glossier, so a faded shade reads as brighter partly because the surface is smoother. The UV side of it earns its keep in summer, when a fortnight of sun does more to a colour than a month of washing. Works across any shade family.
