Some curl creams leave a film behind that builds up over a week until hair feels coated. This one is formulated the other way round: no flakes, no residue, nothing left sitting on the strand.
It is a lightweight, hydrating cream that defines curls and coils and keeps them soft through the day. Loose waves and tight coils both get on with it, because the hold is gentle enough not to pull looser patterns straight, and the moisture content is high enough for denser textures.
Wash and condition as usual, leave hair damp, then work a generous amount through in sections. Scrunch upwards to bring the curl formation out, then either air dry or diffuse.

Application tips
Use it as the base layer, before a gel or a jelly if you use one. On wet hair, rake it through with your fingers spread so it reaches every strand, then smooth over the top of each section with your palm. A palmful for dense hair, half that for looser curls. Rework the parting before it dries, because you will not be able to afterwards.
Results
Definition arrives soft rather than stiff, which is the whole reason to use a cream over a gel. The hair stays moisturised into the second day. Nothing white shows up along the roots and nothing accumulates over a fortnight of use. Curls keep enough weight to hang properly while still bouncing when you shake them out.
