Two coats work better than one heavy one. Lay the lace, spray, press it flat while it sets, then go back over the edge once more.

Application tips
Hair back, lace positioned, then spray. Keep the bottle moving along the hairline so no single spot gets soaked, and stop while the mesh still looks damp rather than wet.
Press with a flat palm, wrap a band round the head and let it dry properly before touching the front again. If the border lifts later in the day, a short burst and a few seconds of pressure settles it.
