The difference between the Sports Edition and the standard adhesives is worth understanding before you pick a bottle. Original and Active hold hard. Sports holds hard and resists water, which is a different property, and it matters if your day involves sweating.
At 4.5 oz this is the size for someone who trains a few times a week rather than daily. It grips through humidity, perspiration and vigorous movement, and it dries clear the way the rest of the range does.
The rosemary and mint earn their place. Oil at the hairline is what loosens a bond over a long wear, and the blend helps hold that back, which is part of why the Sports version tends to last longer between touch-ups even on days when nobody goes near a gym.

Application tips
Clean the band, dry it, and skip any oil or leave-in near the front on install day. Mist an even strip, let it grab, mist again.
Because the formula resists water, give it a little longer to cure than a standard adhesive before you sweat in it. Lace goes down, pressed flat, then left alone. When it comes off, use solvent generously along the border and work slowly inwards.
Results
Two things happen at once here: a strong grip, and a surface water struggles to get beneath. That combination is why the front survives a training session instead of peeling from the temples inwards.
It dries invisible and stays that way. Rosemary and mint hold surface oil back as well, so a front laid with this tends to stretch further before anything needs redoing.
