Application tips
Black is the least forgiving shade to apply, so take the extra ten minutes. Patch test 48 hours ahead. Cream around the hairline and ears stops the skin staining.
Work in small sections on dry hair, covering every grey properly, because a missed patch on black is obvious. Follow the pack for mixing and timing. Rinse for longer than you think is needed.
Results
A true natural black rather than the blue-black that some home colours drift towards, with grey covered fully. Depth and shine are both there, so the result reads as hair rather than a block of colour.
