This 4oz Dark and Lovely pot is the children's version, thick enough to stay where you put it along a parting. Aloe vera softens the feel of a dry scalp and adds light hydration. Coconut oil does the conditioning work on the hair itself and keeps the strand supple enough that combing does not snap it. The texture is deliberately mild, with nothing sharp in the scent, which matters when it is going near a small face.

Application tips
A pea sized amount on your fingertip covers a child's whole head.
Warm it first, then run it along the partings before you comb, so the comb meets softened hair rather than dry knots. Take the rest down the ponytail or plait once it is in. Keep it away from the face and rinse your hands afterwards. Every day is fine on very dry hair; two or three times a week suits most.
