It is pitched at curly, coily, wavy and straight hair alike, with dry hair the obvious candidate. Coconut oil, aloe vera, glycerin, panthenol, biotin and hydrolysed keratin make up the formula. It comes out as a fine mist and dries without a greasy finish, which is the usual worry with anything oil-based on fine hair.

Shake the bottle properly so the two phases combine, then mist over damp or dry hair, concentrating on the areas that feel driest. Comb through, then style as usual. 250 ml.

Application tips
Two phases means two shakes: once to combine, again halfway through if you are covering a lot of hair.
Spray onto damp sections after conditioning, working underneath as well as on top, then finger comb before a wide tooth comb goes near it. It doubles as a day three refresher: mist, scrunch, leave. Keep it off the roots if your hair goes flat easily.
Results
Dry hair softens rather than sits coated, and that is the difference between a leave-in that works and one that only adds weight. Knots come out with less pulling. The finish is smooth without a greasy film, so it can go under a gel or a cream without the two arguing. Flyaways stay down and the length keeps its softness overnight.
