Application tips
Shake the can hard and hold it upside down. Dispense a handful at a time into your palm, roughly an orange-sized portion for medium hair.
Apply to soaking wet hair, scrunching upward section by section. Do not rake it through, which flattens the pattern. Diffuse on low or leave it to dry undisturbed, and resist touching it while it sets.
Results
Curls come out defined but still soft, with movement rather than a rigid set.
The foam adds body at the roots that a cream cannot, so flat-topped curls get some lift. Frizz stays controlled through the day without a hard cast to break out afterwards. Fine or low-density hair benefits most, since there is no weight in it to drag the pattern down.
