Application tips
Soften the hair first, three minutes under a warm shower, and use a proper lather rather than dry skin or plain water.
Short strokes with the grain, rinsing the blade every second or third pass, and let the razor do the work without pressing. Go over a missed patch with more lather rather than the same dry stroke. Rinse and stand it dry between uses.
Results
Comfort rather than closeness, and that trade is the whole point on skin that reacts. Skin looks calmer afterwards, with less of the redness a multi-blade leaves along the neck and jaw, and no sting when aftershave goes on.
Legs and underarms come out smooth without raw patches. Each razor holds its edge for a handful of shaves, which is what five in a pack is for.
