The content on Zenvy — our blog, product descriptions, routine guides, AI Hair Analyser results — is published for general information. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified professional (a dermatologist, trichologist, or your own stylist) and should not be treated as such.
Not medical advice
We sell cosmetic haircare products. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is a medical device or a treatment for any condition. If you have a medical concern relating to your hair or scalp — persistent hair loss, scalp irritation, allergic reactions, infection, or any unexplained change — see a GP or dermatologist. Don't rely on Zenvy content to diagnose or treat a medical issue.
Individual results vary
Curly hair is genuinely individual. Two people with the same Andre Walker classification (e.g. both 3B) can have different porosity, density, scalp condition, and product responses. Our routine recommendations are starting points, not guarantees. What works perfectly for one 3B head may need adjustment for another.
Patch test new products
Before using any new product on your full head, do a patch test:
- Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear
- Leave for 24–48 hours
- Check for any redness, itching, or irritation
If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, check the product's full ingredient list before purchase. Ingredient lists are available on every product page.
The AI Hair Analyser
The AI Hair Analyser uses computer vision to identify your curl pattern, porosity, and visible concerns from a photo. It is not:
- A clinical or dermatological diagnosis
- A guarantee of accuracy in every case (we test at 99.8% match accuracy on the curl-pattern axis but no AI is perfect)
- A substitute for in-person consultation with a trichologist or stylist
Treat the analyser result as a strong starting point. If it doesn't match what you observe in your own hair, your observation wins. You can retake the analysis with a different photo at any time.
Third-party links
We link to third-party websites — manufacturer pages, regulatory bodies, news sources, blog references. We don't control the content of those sites and aren't responsible for it. Linking to a site doesn't imply endorsement.
Pricing and availability
We do our best to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing — you can choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We won't fulfil at an obviously erroneous price.
Affiliate disclosure
We don't currently use affiliate links. Every product link on the site goes to a product we sell directly. If this changes, we'll disclose it inline at the link and in our Editorial Policy.
Geographic limits
Zenvy ships to the United Kingdom. We don't currently ship internationally. Orders placed with non-UK shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
